I am on ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS, when i run sudo do-release-upgrade -d i get
the following message:
Could not calculate the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
This was likely caused by:
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
Requested file attached.
FYI - I am mounting the ISO using :
sudo mount -o loop /media/dev/incoming/ubuntu-10.10-alternate-amd64.iso
/media/cdrom0/
/etc/fstab line relating to cdrom0 looks like this :
/dev/scd0 /media/cdrom0 udf,iso9660 user,noauto,exec,utf8 0

Ok, commented out all lines with #.
Tried cdromupgrade again, chose off-line option again, then got the following
dialogue box:

My ethernet (b44) works, but wireless (b43) does not. nothing showing up

I am experiencing the same issue, (actually as of an update one or two
days sgo in Hardy 8.04.1, so I upgraded to Intrepid beta 8.10 today.
Hoping it would be fixed, but same problem).
