I have the same problem on 22.04 with totem. I ran the ubuntu-bug program with
the crash file. It seemed to send it somewhere but i did not get a bug id.
So, I am attaching the crash file here.

Created a new file /etc/sudoers.d/ to be used by sudo. Decided to set
permission to 440 after creating that file.
But sudo started crashing and in no way I can use sudo to recover the situation.

Tested on hardy and intrepid both. DST settings looks great and as expected.
Its good to see Ubuntu also included DST end.
John, BDST is the new timezone when Bangladesh enters into DST. It will be back
to BDT after Sep 30.

Using the proposed update for hardy. Looking at the zone data using zdump I can
see the timezone is suddenly changed to UTC from BDT at 20th Jun 2009 (00:00)
to 2009-06-19 1800 UTC. Also, DST is still zero.
