I tried the image of 03.02.2010 last night (local time). I saw the blue
and white band across the bottom of the screen, which I hadn't seen
before, but nothing else. There was a brief flash of an error message
before total lockup.
I then tried again, removing quiet splash from the kernel line to
Crash happens when I have added a .ics file as a foreign file and it's
on an nfs volume which I have forgotten to mount. If the file gets
damaged, then orage will crash even if the file is accessible.
If the file is intact and I mount the nfs volume, orage behaves
normally. I don't want to upload

I've had a couple more freezes since I left the last message, and they
didn't take nearly as long to happen. I still don't know why - neither

I've had no further problems with this bug since my report of
2010-01-15. I think that the flickering I mentioned when using tty2 is
related to using nomodeset in the kernel line in grub (needed to deal

I got the xorg-edgers to freeze in the end by using a modified version
of the repro.sh.
The batchbuffer dump is attached.
I did get one error message when running it:
cp: reading `/sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/i915_ringbuffer_data': Cannot allocate
memory
Now I'll go and get the latest mainline
Batchbuffer dump from xorg-edgers and mainline kernel
(2.6.33-020633rc5-generic) attached.

I got a glimpse of part of a message NAK bailout before the recovery
menu screen covered it up.
Also, it's affecting my network hardware.
The ethernet temporarily
