When I change in /etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf:
from
[ifupdown]
managed=false
to
ifupdown]
managed=true
NM, after reboot show:
eth0 interface (this is O.K. - I have static config), and
ifupdown (eth0) interface ??? (not active, I can't delete this interface)
