Apport wouldn't run indicating some error I don't recall. DPKG under
recovery wouldn't load the network interfaces needed to download missing
packages, not even under netroot... A manual install of the missing
packages didn't yield any improvement. At the end, I decided to reformat

I had a few bad sectors that prevented me from booting. Did run fsck and then
synaptics application manager to fix whatever consistencies persisted. Am not
able to run indicator-weather since then. Here`s what I get when I launch it
