gPHPEdit creates unwanted backup files of changed files you save. There
seems to be no way disabling this feature, like it is possible in gEdit.
This is really quite annoying for me, as my projects now get polluted
with unwanted files that I need

I have this issue, too. Edgy/GIMP 2.2.13
When I type "BlaEtc" as text in the GIMP it shows an
additional "a" before the "Etc". The "a" is coming from "Bla"; the last
letter of the line before the tab is always repeated.

Just a notification that some common words are missing from the list. For ages,
the word 'namen' (names) has been
missing, but I just also noticed the word 'letten' from "op zitten letten" is
not recognized.
