agree. Since dpkg -S also failed me, I had to find references to this
bug to learn the new location of add-apt-repository.

Keybindings containing control are not
Tom Hurst's lp:terminator patch corrects this for me, so I'm hoping to
see that or another fix in the next release version.

On many copies of terminator on different systems, I have successfully changed
the "copy" shortcut from Ctrl-Shift-C to Ctrl+Left_Arrow. However, on this
machine, not only can I not change to Ctrl+Left_Arrow, but if I try it, it sets
"copy" to "disabled" in preferences.
Workaround for me:
Find an unused mapping:
$ xmodmap -pm
Use the "modX" which has nothing applied to it, then try (assuming modX =
mod3 from xmodmap -pm output):
$ xmodmap -e "add mod3 = Scroll_Lock"

For those of you having issues, have you confirmed you do not have a bad
version installed? See the output of "apt-cache policy network-
manager-gnome" . If you see a ppa there, or if your version is coming
from a ppa, see comment #50 .
