Bug still present on 2.6.22-14 Benq S52 snd_intel8x0
Problem was there in 2.6.20-15 in Edgy too but was fixed with uswsusp.
I also have a problem that the indicator light (power on blue/suspend to
ram orange) turns off after resume as well. Sound comes back after s2ram
but the light remains off.
you just have to install the additional packages splashy and splasy-
themes

/etc/uswsusp.cong for configuration so /etc/acpi/hibernate.sh should be
modifyed to just call /sbin/s2disk if it is present

I have a Benq S52 with Conexant Cx20551 which has the same issue. No
sound after hibernate but if I then suspend/resume the sound will work.
Hibernate did work under edgy, after i patched alsa but that was a fix
for the chipset not related to hibernation.
