Don't believe I made any typos. I did a minimal install following this,
but with multiple changes. I first made sure to remove the btrfs '@'
subvolume and I also did a minimal install with no updates downloaded.

Most still-supported Ubuntu releases package a new enough codebase not
to suffer from this.
Only Trusty (0.63) and Precise ESM (0.62) are old enough to suffer this
cosmetic issue (but I haven't confirmed that they do).
