I've got a friend with the exact same XPS13 he order previous to my own.
His touchpad is working correctly and is also on the A02 BIOS. It would
seem that it is not a BIOS problem.
SMBIOS 2.7 present.

Interesting. I am on BIOS Version A02.
I can get the touchscreen to work if I install the "config-usb-hid-
synaptics-touchscreen_1_all.db" from Dell's downloads:

I'm not sure I understand how the Enablement Stack will help me.
The touchpad is detected and functioning correctly in Precise 12.04.
I would like to use Saucy 13.10, but the touchpad is not recognized
correctly in Saucy.
