This bug affects me too, I have USA and Slovakia qwerty keyboard, and everytime after restart, system adds "Slovakia" keyboard, so then I have 3 layouts: 1. Usa 2. Slovakia qwerty 3. Slovakia I have auto-logging turned off ! My key shortcut to switch keyboards works fine even after restart. --
