A short term documentation only fix would be to describe the behavior of
`DNSMASQ_EXCEPT` (in relation to resolvconf) in `/etc/default/dnsmasq`
so that users don't have to RTFS of `/etc/init/dnsmasq` to figure out
how to do this...
The changelog comment calling `DNSMASQ_EXCEPT` "obsolete" is wrong
Workaround / temp fix:
Use rhythmbox from gnome3 ppa:
https://launchpad.net/~gnome3-team/+archive/gnome3
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install rhythmbox
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/gnome3-team-gnome3-raring.list
