Special keys for volume and mute on my Dell Latitude CPi A366XT laptop
are nonfunctional without installation of the kmilo-legacy package.
According to that package's description, this is to be considered a bug.

I'm running Precise with a setup similar to that in the original bug
report and seem to be experiencing the same problem. Namely, I am
prompted for a password when connecting but should not be as I've
configured for public key authentication. I've also tried Margarita's
patch and behaviour appears

Note that there are missing icons as well for all of the installed
themes: GNOME, High Contrast Inverse, and Humanity. So at least gnome-
icon-theme and gnome-accessibility-themes are affected as well if not
some other package altogether.

Effectively, yes that is what I was doing. This is what I have in my
'~/.vim/indent/sh.vim' as of now:

Correction to my prior comment where I wrote '~/.vim/indent/sh.vim', I
