Dell released another BIOS update (1.2.14) which I installed. Using 4.4.0-22 the error message unfortunately remains the same. Using Mainline Kernele 4.7-rc2 the system does not suspend anymore. The HD activity indicator is permanently on and judging by the sound of the ac adapter the CPU is
