Was seeing `hfsplus: Filesystem was not cleanly unmounted, running
fsck.hfsplus is recommended. mounting read-only.` in dmesg so i
unmounted /boot/efi and ran fsck on it. Remounted it rw. Now getting a
new error:
Setting up shim-signed (1.12+0.8-0ubuntu2) ...
Installing for x86_64-efi platform.
