Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
The css based menu on the site www.spiegel.de opens when the cursor
hovers over it, but when you try to pick in item, it disappears.
I am referring to the fourth line (not counting ads); the line in
relatively small red font that reads: "Home Politik Wirtschaft Panorama
Sport Kultur ...".
