server-server package MUST list , mysql-server-core-5.5, mysql-server-
core-5.6 in both Replaces and Provides sections

Confirmed, this bug prevents users from replacing mysql with percona
packages. A quick fix is to extract akonadi -backend-mysql page, modify
control file (change Depends), repack .deb file and reinstall (the
solution below is more or less working - I'm tweaking the Depends
section now)
apt-get ins
Confirmed on Kubuntu 14.04, ThinkPad T61 , nVidia Quadro NVS 140, NVIDIA

The problem shows up once again on Ubuntu 11.10 and OpenVPN 2.2.0.
There is no problem with Kvpnc and Ubuntu 10.x and 11.04, using OpenVPN
2.1.x.
So "--script-security 2" problem is back again.

Had the same problem on 11.10 x86_64, but this can be easily solved by
changing network configuration a bit.
One has to use:
iface ethX ...
bond-master bondX
instead of
iface bondX ...
slaves ethX
Either manuals/howtos should be updated or the 'slaves' functionality should be
restored

There is finally an option to create VPN L2TP (StrongSwan) connection in KDE
network management widget, but I see one major flaw of it now. There is only an
option to use certificate to connect. There should be also an op
well restarting portmap and nfs helped, and i don't want now to revert
back to faulty config.
i was getting this mesage when booting my diskless workstations:
mount.nfs: rpc.statd is not running but is required for remote locking.
Either use '-o nolocks' to keep locks local, or start statd.

i'm using Ubuntu 10.04 as nfsroot on diskless workstation. For now, only
working patch for this issue is putting
restart portmap
restart nfs
in some script started early in /etc/rcS.d (so 'single user' mode stage
of init)
