I believe the error for both nvidia-331 & nvidia-331-uvm are related to
the failure to build the new dkms modules when the kernel is upgraded.
It appears that running dpkg-reconfigure on the 2 packages in question
resolves the issue, but it is a manual step after reboot.

I consistently have the same problem, and can't seem to get the new
version to compile right for me. (1.0.4-2)
I'm sure that is because I am not too good at compiling yet.
Would love to see it updated in the repos as it would save me a lot of
headaches!
