I frequently have multiple users logged in on my laptop. When starting
from standby and logging in to the current user, wifi connection is
regularly blocked. NetworkManager appears to try connecting from the
other user which seems decisively quicker. This is throwing an error
plied that locally; it would be nice if this fix were
backported under some sort of HWE policy so debsums no longer needs to spam us.

In hda_analyzer, I tried toggling a pin on Node 0x14 that said OUT
from on to off (it was the only pin that had the OUT label, so I assume
that was the one), but it did not fix the low volume level.

FWIW, I have noticed this behavior as well. Confronted with a black
screen I ctrl-alt-f1 to a console and then back (actually, I tend to
walk back along f2, f3... but that isn't necessary, I'm just weird).
