I don't think this bug should be closed quite yet. Using "vlc %F" or
"vlc %m" or just "vlc" as the launch command works for local files, but
it doesn't work for URLs such as smb://. It seems that when VLC gets a
DVD ISO in URL form, that the movie will play as a large stream, but
navigation and sound do not work. Actually the sound will work for me if
I find and select the appropriate audio track, but that's not right
either.
