It is opennebula-node that requires ruby dependency, you are right. The
other packages seem right.

OpenNebula uses ruby to gather information from the nodes. It reates a
ssh conection to the node, copies the scripts to /tmp and runs them. If
ruby 1.8 is not installed in that node it can not get information about
memory and CPU consumption.

Anyway, we are about to reengineer the drivers so it is a good time to
take care of that problems. We will take a look to this ticket.
