The problem is still here, but I can't determine any reproducing steps.
All I can say is that it happens most when I just started my KDE
session, later on it doesn't seem to cause much trouble.

There's a quite trivial bug in KDE/kdesktop in Feisty Fawn when moving
the file which is currently used for the desktop background.
To reproduce:
1. Set an image file as the desktop background
2. Move (don't copy) this image file to another locat
I'm using Kubuntu Feisty with all updates, KDE 3.5.5. As far as I know,
all versions I've tried until now had the same 'bug'.

Whenever I receive a file from a user using GAIM, file transfer stalls
at 100% and leaves the file in an unusable state (especially true for
pictures and documents).

Adapter and battery are still not working properly. Only if I remove A/C
and plug it back in, it seems to have found my battery. Dmesg reports:

Kopete remembers the position of the main window. When I put the main
window all the way against the right side of my screen, close Kopete,
and start it again, it's position is somewhat off (by one pixel to the

When I'm browsing in Konqueror, I'm used to open tabs using CTRL+T and
then typing the URI immediately. It seems however that Konqueror is not
fast enough in clearing the location field, because it removes whatever
I had typed before.
Steps to re
I can't really tell how long it takes, often no more than a few minutes
if I had to guess. I use Edgy and the easiest way to reproduce this is
to do a 'sudo ...' in e.g. konsole, 'exit' and trying to run Adept as
soon as possible. Sometimes it's (seemingly) persistent and the only
thing that works

Sometimes when I open konsole (as I do frequently) the "Tip of the day"
dialog pops open, as if I never indicated that I didn't want to see that
dialog again. But I clearly did, so something seems to make konsole
forget that setting.
** Affects:
I can confirm this problem, but it occurs at random. When I use sudo in
a console and immediately try to open Adept, it sometimes refuses to
show the kdesu dialog.
