I was happily using bootlogd 2.86.02 until I upgraded to Jaunty: the
package cannot be installed anymore, due to a conflict with initscripts:

The "reload" command is not available in the init script:
# /etc/init.d/pgbouncer reload
Usage: /etc/init.d/pgbouncer {start|stop|restart|force-reload}
However pgbouncer supports reload using SIGHUP (as documented in man
page). Moreover, the

When I try to restart pgbouncer using the init script, there is an
error:
# /etc/init.d/pgbouncer restart
* Restarting pgbouncer
Terminated
Note that pgbouncer failed to restart. Invoking "start" afterwards
works fine though:
# /etc/init.d/
