I went into Ubuntu, asked it to update, which it did. But, when it
restarted after updating, the book option for opening windows
disappeared, leaving only the safe mode. Starting in that safe mode does

Unfortunately, this ALMOST works for me. I now have GE5 up and running,
with some problems.
1. Fonts on the map. Some letters do not appear, instead there is a
blur where they should be. For example, a, s, u among others.
2. When I zoom closer to the surface of the earth, the image gets
white
