mean by From a terminal window please run:
apport-collect 858086 so have just changed status to confirmed. Tech
support (oldest son) is here at weekend so might get somewhere then!

On recent update I've lost wireless internet. Wired is ok. This is the
2nd time it's happened. Considering going back to old system!!
