Have had no issues using Ubuntu 20.04 on my older Macbook Air.
When I upgrade 20.04 to 21.04 and restart my Macbook air to finish
installation, all I get is a blank, blue screen after the Macbook chime.
I have tried a downloaded 21.04 and same results.

can usually get copy and paste to work again in nedit by using it in another
program or sometimes in just another tab under nedit. It is a nuisance

otherwise the computer locks up and requires a manual hardware reset to go
back to the original. I guess it works. I do not want to install the 10.04
version cleanly - too many configured applications.

I think the server got changed in some way by the update I got from Ubuntu,
and when I closed the dialog the server was found again.

I went to the preferences to check the server, found the default was
checked, and behold it now works! Strange. I did nothing except open the
dialog.

I get the same error when trying to enter ANY https webpage. Same
problem in safe mode. This started when I updated to Ubuntu 8.04,
unninstalled Firefox3b and installed firefox2.
