Set up:
When calling qiv with the -q1 (rotate) option an Imlib debug message is printed
due to a NULL parameter being passed to the library when the file is missing...
I'd expect that qiv stops processing of any not found or corrup
Looks like 14.04 LTS Server isn't getting the nfs-common 1:1.2.8-9ubuntu1.1
package.
Latest package for LTS is 1:1.2.8-6ubuntu1.2 - we're running that and had this
problem today.
Could we have this fix pushed out to LTS packages please?

Upgraded kernel to linux-image-3.8.0-35-generic, displaylink adaptor fails and
laptop reverts to built-in display.
Booted back into 3.8.0-34-generic and displaylink adaptor working oK.
This line is repeated 239 times in Xorg.log on the .35 kernel. Nothing with
the .34 kern

Update against comment #13
Bluetooth warning on boot this morning (laptop now docked to a USB DisplayLink
device).
Bluetooth is switched off from the GUI (don't use it), and I've never seen this
error before - last 2 lines in kern.log
The other comments about firmware not being loaded, etc. are
Kernel mentioned in comment 12 works fine on amd64.
Will run this one for a while and update ticket if any problems arise. Thanks.
