I upgraded from 10.10 - 11.04. The GNOME desktop (Ubuntu Classic) works
fine; the Unity one does not. It appears that anything drawn on the
screen will end up masked in black, like the screenshot. My versions of
fglrx unity are identical to those above.

I can also confirm, 10.10 x64, Evo 2.30.3, Exchange Server 2003.
When I kill it and reopen, clicking to expand the Exchange account
doesn't work - it immediately snaps back to collapsed. If I open the
preferences, edit the account and go to the Exchange Options tab, my Out
of Office message and
If I start in Offline mode, expand the exchange folder set, then hit
connect (the plugs), I seem to have Exchange working properly. Very odd
behavior.

You'll have to forgive my ignorance, but if I ran the installer without
ACPI support (acpi=ht), is there anyway I can install and run the
mainline kernel with ACPI support to attempt to troubleshoot?
