While trying to install Doomsday from here;

worked except for installation of libsdl2-2.0-0 and libsdl2-2.0-0.
I then ran doomsday from terminal (no symbolic links) and doomsday
crashed out with std: bad_alloc

Error message occured not long after logging into Unity 3D straight from
a Classic Gnome (w/effects) session. Attached screenshot shows the

Went into Startup Applications in the menu then clicked on Edit to edit
a startup program entry (Conky). I then clicked at the start of the
command in the command text box but accidently hit the left arrow key.
The crash reported popped up but I'm not sure why it says gnome-sh
