It seems that the chromium browser exhibits an extra title bar when
doing the following. I'm not sure if the result is considered normal or
not.
Steps:
1. Open Chromium (not maximized)
2. Maximize the window.
3. "un-maximize" (not minimize) it.

lockup. The machine I'm accessing is 8.04.1 and the lockup happens on
