Hi Christopher, I am using the kernel from upstream. This bug seems to be related with DHCP. It seems having a hard time getting connection when set to DHCP. I gave the laptop a static IP address and it is able to connect to wifi every time. Won't be comfortable bringing this laptop anywhere though

I tested the kernel v4.7-rc2. I am marking this as unfixed. I failed to provide information that the wifi does connect sometimes. I do not know what triggers that it will connect. For example, when I boot-up and login it will not connect whatever you do. But one out of five attempts, when I log-out
