I've had the same issue with Ubuntu 11.10 and also in 12.04 with pulseaudio version 1.1-0ubuntu15, both 64-bit. It occurs about 90% of every suspend/resume when usb webcam (Logitech C270) is plugged in. After reboot everything works normally. -- You received this bug notification because you are
