I, too, can confirm this bug. I also noticed the connection when I flip
on the wireless hardware switch - it freezes then, too. I thought they
were separate issues (they may still be), but reading above makes me
wonder if it is indeed related. I can boot up about 30% of the time.

I did some more testing. It seems this occurs only when the window is on my
2nd monitor. If I move remmina around on my primary display, it doesn't
trigger the issue. In that case, I want to include info on my display setup:

I have to reset the keyboard repeat in Oneiric (System
Settings/Keyboard/Repeat Keys - uncheck/recheck) after moving the
Remmina RDP window. Clicking into the actual session does not trigger
this problem, but moving the window which contains it does trigger it.

A fresh install did indeed resolve these issues. The sound indicator is
fine, compiz is working fine, hard switch for wireless is good, awn is
good. Also, one other issue I forgot to mention was that the Additional
