Hi Jeremy,
I am using version of Geary compiled from master branch.
Geary (master version) works stable since update to 2.16.2. I am
currently running on libwebkit2gtk-4.0-37 (= 2.16.3-0ubuntu0.17.04.1).
Hi Jeremy,
I have tested it on zesty. My installed package version is
2.16.2-0ubuntu0.17.04.1 amd64. I have installed it using apt after
enabling proposed updates.

This means that application that produces sound opened Alsa with
2 channels, so Front-Right was cloned to LFE.
I have 64bit flash plugin and configuration described on wiki. After

To make things clear. The patch is updated what simply means that new
code is added
so you need to repeat Alsa patch steps. (link didn't change)
reboot. run alsamixer and check if you have surround and LFE. If not
you are still
using wrong modules (mbp3 or old patch). Otherwise you will also have
o and FlashPlayer use ony 2 channels by default.
Instructions are on the wiki.
