does not occur immediately for the whole system; initially only one app
freezes (any app); but within 1 minute the whole system freezes too.

Can't create
While point 1 is quite fair, point 2 is totaly unfair - you're not aware
of such app because noone will create such app. After testing that it
does not work on Ubuntu how are ppl suposed to submit app to
repository? They will have to make a workaround anyway because it does
not work. According to
And aren't Qt examples in Trusty archive? There is example with tray
icon in Qt5 examples and it does not work properly? Isn't that a good
reason for 14.04 fix?

There is no more *ERROR* too many retries, in the log, but the behaviour
is still the same as people describe above.
When VGA is connected to the docking station, reboot fixes the problem

interfaces names. We expected em1,2/p1p1,.. names, but we had
eth0,eth1,...

/sbin/biosdevname --nopirq -i eth0
it returned nothing
/sbin/biosdevname -i eth0
returned p1p1

The title of that bug should be renamed to Kernel 3.13 still broken on
Radeon HD based desktops and laptops like Sangeet is suggesting. I used
option Install new hardware support on 12.04 LTS and I my system
started rebooting because this step installed kernel 3.13. Important
