I have ubuntu 12.04 and the latest and greatest nv driver 4.304.43 and
my E6510 Dell still suffers on crashes. Crashes which can be aborted,
any reisub methods... only poweroff button helps. Here are my downtimes
till time when I'm using a 12.04:

I had similar problems with 12.04, maybe you should check
cat /proc/driver/nvidia/warnings/

Its very annoying that I can't list archive zip files content directly
from mc Its simple neeeded for me and I think for many users which
suprisingly see lack of this simple mc feature..

Binary package hint: initramfs-tools
upgrade packages (after apt-get upgrade) finishing with errors and give
me note that I have to to "dpkg --configure -a" to get system work.
After I execute: dpkg --configure -a I got the following errors:

I did testcase again and on ubuntu 8.04 LTS still hang... But on ubuntu 9.10
(i386, and amd64) seems that is OK and testcase runs correctly.

I'm very interested in obtaining any information about progress of
resolving "xcb" issues in Ubuntu Hardy Heron. Has anybody can simply
explain me what is going on or whether anything is going on in ubuntu in
this and similar xcb issues?
I saw that Interpid Ibex also have xcb linked with X
I confirm that bug already exist in Ubutu Hardy 8.04: both *.cpp and
*.cs can't open file with double click. Has someone from ubuntu
developers could "push" it to gnome developers? Beacuse it still
unconfirmed in gnome bugzilla. So gnome developers don't know that the
problem even exist.
