It's actually a bit strange. If I unlock and try to suspend again, it
does suspend.
But then when I unlock it, it suspends a second time without my request
and when I press a key on the keyboard it comes back (without requiring
a password). Only then can I can suspend by closing the lid.

Just tried kernel 4.1.4-rc7. The issue persists.
I managed to reproduce the problem: suspend once, come back to unlock
screen, and suspend again without entering password. (It happens in
other situations too.)

(Not 100% sure, but it seems to happen more frequently if I have two
youtube videos open at the same time, or pause one and open a new one in
a separate tab.)

BT Adapter: Bus 004 Device 014: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio,
Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)
BT Headphones: Mixcder ShareMe Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with Mic,
Shareme Fuction, Bluetooth 4.1 Stereo
Similar issue on Ubuntu 16.04 with RV620 (Radeon HD 3450).
Dual monitor setup, settings lost after every reboot.
