Public bug reported:

I believe this to be a bug because I have seen this error message appear
after many different installs when reading about it on the web. I could
not find and documentation stating it was resolved. Being new to Ubuntu
(Linux) I have no clue (yes, I am Clueless) as to what to do with this
message. However, as I said above, other Linux users have stated this is
a 'bug".
