Everything works nicely.
Select the Qemu monitor console and the UI becomes unresponsive. Mouse
movement is not propogated to the VM, though the keyboard is. It has to
be killed and restarted to take

In order to build 32-bit Wine binaries a chroot is necessary. The "make
install" completes successfully in the chroot but not on the host
