We need different version numbers for jammy and noble. They need to be <
than what's in oracular. I'd suggest something like this:
jammy = 2.0.0-0ubuntu0.22.04.0
noble = 2.0.0-0ubuntu0.24.04.0
This will ensure upgrades from jammy to noble work properly and in the

I do think this is wayland related, after disabling wayland in GDM it
does appear to work. I disabled it by editing /etc/gdm3/custom.conf.
With wayland disabled, it takes a really long time to show gdm though.

I worked around the failure by forcing gcc-9 on riscv64, but we should
solve it properly.
