I'm getting this same message when trying to run "sudo update-
pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install". I'm having problems getting flash
plugin to work with Chrome and trying the method @

another problem.

Still not fixed using Ubuntu 13.10. Workaround in #5 didn't work for me
either.
