Thanks a lot. You are absolutely right. After removing the old stuff from /usr/local/lib und rebuilding ld.so.cache there is no problem any longer. Xserver runs fine with version: 2.34.2-0ubuntu2~20.04.1 now. Sorry for your inconvenience and again, many thanks. Klaus p.s. will close this bug
