After re-installing kdepim on UBUNTU 8.04 i configured Kontact with the KDE
Groupware-Assistent,
some manual configuration did work. Then on restarting Kontact, it crashed at
once with SIGSEGV, after only displaying 1/10 sec an information box,

Dear Maintainer,
since no fix is yet approaching. Could you post a workaround, cause I
can't find the clue.
~/.kde/* does not contain the value: screem
neither does /etc/alternatives
contain a symlink to screem

Using KDE-PIM Calendar, Properties, Access Control in KMail, a EXPUNGE
Command is sent to the IMAPd.
This caused total loss of INBOX.
We are using 6 Ubuntu Clients this occured 4 times in the last 2 weeks.
No Idea what triggers this behavior:
