I can confirm that evdi 1.7.0+dfsg-1ubuntu1~20.04.2 in focal-proposed
fixes the reported issue. The evdi module can be compiled and loaded on

I confirm that oss4-dkms 4.2-build2010-5ubuntu6~20.04.1 modules can be
built and loaded on both linux-generic 5.4 and linux-hwe 5.8 in Focal.

I can confirm that gost-crypto-dkms 0.3.2-2ubuntu0.1 modules can be

The armhf build is indeed failing with the following error:
