reload support in Jenkins to speak of. restart is the closest

Upstream maintainer here. The fix is in line with what's done in Tomcat
and other application servers that are affected by the same
vulnerability, so I believe this is an accepted practice.

The error message indicates that JamVM doesn't properly implement
java.lang.Class.getEnclosingClass(). This method is returning null when
it shouldn't --- as such I consider it a bug in JamVM.
