I also want to add that this is affecting another system. Everything is
the same as above, but I'm using an AMD APU instead of dedicated
graphics. Could the problem be AMD related? Running fgrlx from the amd
support website.

When I resume from sleep, there is always a corrupted section of screen
caused by the docky launcher. It's the same width as the launcher
itself, and it goes away whenever I hover my mouse over the dock. It's

I've noticed a trend lately that whenever I use iotop, and close the
terminal instead of quitting, that the cpu utilization reaches 100%, and
stays there. I have to kill the pid before it settles down.

first thing I've noticed is the media buttons on the front lip of the
notebook no longer control the sound level. Mute, Vol up/Down, Play,

I grabbed the upstream kernel from that link, and the bug still seems to
be affecting me. Below is the output similar to post four shoing the
jbd2 activity. The system was idle over that period, save running the
command iotop -obtqqq | grep jbd2.

I can not install glx-diversions 0.2.2 from any source either. It fails
the synaptic installation due to inresolvable dependencies. When I try
to install using gdebi, the error is "Dependency is not satisfiable:
nvidia-installer-cleanup". If more logs are needed, I'll attach.

Now that I've updated my drivers to the newest in the Ubuntu repos, I'm
displaying some more odd behavior. The good news is that now that black
background isn't happening. My driver packaging version is 9.00.11
