Thank you a lot, bugmenot!!! Blacklisting psmouse helped suspending, but touchpad stopped to work. So the psmouse was the poweroffer. And the only way -- is to unload psmouse before suspend and load it again on resume. The way I managed the problem: ACPI way (does not work for me): 1. Add
