The problem come from old version on the usb disk. Unetbootin didn't
delete the old version and override it with new version.
Just need to format the disk before create usb boot disk.

I have the same problem. I will try the work around from Øyvind Stegard
(oyvinst). The problem is also on Windows so I think this is just a work
around.

devstack installation comes with openvswitch. Because openvswitch-datapath-dkms
