If I put the laptop into sleep mode, either by choosing it from the
logout dialog, or putting down the lid, it does not resume as it should.
After initiating sleep, this appears to have worked well. The laptop
"flashes" the power button and a side light indicator as it normal

I seem to have the same issue on Maverick, albeit more extreme at times.
When I log on to the computer, the wireless connects and disconnects

I have observed this on two laptops, but this report is based mainly on
the newest one, a Dell XPS m1330 which I'm installing Kubuntu Gutsy on.
The graphics card is an Intel X3100. The other also has an Intel card
