Weird enough those packages were from the Quantal xorg-edgers ppa I
did an add-apt-repository, I then edited by hand to replace raring with
quantal in the source.list.d file, then apt-get update and finally the
ppa-purge.
It is upgrading to saucy right now ;)

I thought about it but wasn't sure because that ppa isn't setup on my
computer. Maybe I removed it without doing a ppa-purge, or maybe ppa-
purge didn't worked out properly when I did it (I can't remember when in

I open a libreoffice file from an SMB share and then hit the export to
PDF button. I keep the default location (the same as the libreoffice
file: the smb share), I then hit OK and get an error:
"Error saving the document [document_name]:

When I minimize an RDP session window, the icon disapear from the
Unity's taskbar. There is no way to bring it back. The only solution is
to #killall remmina, and then reopen the session.
A workaround is to go to remmina settings and disable the tray icon,

I can't believe that bug hasn't been fixes yet. It is very annoying in
the LTS, I can't imagine the number of laptop using the ath9k driver and
switching back to an other OS than Linux...

Hello,
When transferring files from an FTP server (TLS or not) to an SMB share,
Filezilla keeps freezing which leads down to very much slower transfers
...
Looking at resources usage, the gvfs-smb process works hard (60% cpu
usage on my I7)
I don't have such an issue or any

I need a network bridge for my virtualbox VMs on my desktop computer. If
I create a br0 bridge in /etc/network/interfaces, it works but Network
Manager applet doesn't see any active network connection, and as such I
can't connect to VPN anymore.

The bug is still there in 12.04 stable. When I plug my Galaxy Nexus, a
nautilus empty windows opens and after a while I get an error in a gtk
window:
